Refunds and cancellations
Unfortunately electronic products (including but not limited to ebooks and audiobooks) bought directly from this site will not be refunded under any circumstances since they can be copied with ease. If a book is not to your taste then you must simply chalk it up to experience.
Other sellers (such as "Amazon") have their own refund policies which you should consult. We are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over, third-party suppliers.
Physical books, supplied by IngramSpark, may be refunded under their policies but you can be sure they will require the book in an “as new” condition. If a book arrives damaged, please contact the supplier directly since your contract is with them and we cannot be held responsible for their actions.
